Cant log in in my account and cant reset password

Since yesterday spotify threw me of my account and when i try to log in it says my password is incorrect(didnt change it or whatsoever).After that i tried to reset my password but no emails have been received and i dont know what to do.Any ideas?(obv thats not the account the name of the other account is dimpap6)
