My Question or Issue

 Hey 🙂

Just bought a new phone and cant login from it. In my old phone i was able to login, and also on the web. In my new phone I cant - it says nothing (not even bad password), then after 3 tries , suggests reset my password. I know this is my password. Happened to someone here?

This is odd. If your account was created with your Facebook profile, or it's linked to it, make sure to use the Log in with Facebook option.

If you've had your account for a long time and you didn't use FB to create it, then you used your email and created a username. In this case, make sure to log in with your usarname and password (don't use your email address).

If you created your account with your email recently (lets say less than a year), and the username was auto-generated by our system, in that case, make sure to log in with your email address and password.

If you're unable to access after trying a few times, changing your password could also help (even though you're sure of the current one).

I'm not sure when I created it. I have a non-generated username. Tried
logging in with him- it didn't work. Also tried changing pass. Just to
clarify, I am able to login via web.

Any other suggestions?
