Cant log in on my PS4

So everytime i try to log into my PS4 it says i cant because it says im "logged in" on another playstation. Only thing is, ive never logged into another playstation before. Any ideas?

Hey @ehbigshot

You should go to your Approved applications page. In there see if you find anything that resembles a PS system with a revoke access link. Clicking on it should do it.
