Cant log in on tv?

I'm trying to log into my tv and its not working. Logging in under FB. Logging in under email address. Both ways come up wrong username or password. It's my FB name and same password so it should be working?? Is there something basic I'm not doing.....

Sorry for the difficulty you are having logging into Spotify on your TV.

First, can you log into Spotify on the web? (play.spotify.com)

If you can there, try using those same credentialson your TV.

If you logged in with Facebook, try that on your TV.
