Cant log in

My spotify doesnt seem to log in. I use the correct username and password but it keeps going "logging in" (or "entering" as a literal translation) forever and never starts! Please help me! Ps: i'm using android.

Hey @nicollibellotti, that doesn't sound fun!

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble logging in. This sounds like it could be connection related.

To see if it is, could you try that over a different network or via 3/4G? If that doesn't help, let's go ahead and try a quick reinstallation.
