Cant log in!

I had a german acoount since i was living in germany. Recently I made a new Taiwanese account since I can join the family plan with my family there. Afterwards somehow i cant log in to my old german one but it is still charging me! I dont know what i can do since i cant log in anymore. But the interesting thing is that at my pc it is still log in, but only shows a usename of 1157608931 . My old german account was connecting with facebook and i tried to log in with facebook but it shows that i dont have any acoount connected with my facebook...Can anyone plase help me? I cant understnad why spotify has no telephone customer service! I am out of music now! help!!!!
