Cant log into my account

I want to cancel my subscription but I dont know which email I have associated with the account or the password so when I type in my username I dont know where the reset email is going to. How do i figure out what email is associated with my account using just the username. Also is there a way to cancel your subscription on the actual spotify app.

There are 2 ways you can go about doing this:

1. You could contact @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. Just send them a private message with your problem and try and give them as much information to prove it's you as possible.
2. Otherwise, you're going to need to use our Contact Form to contact Spotify support and confirm your credentials.
