Cant log into my account

I have been booted out of my spotify account on both my ipad and my computer. I've put in my account email and password, and have tried various other ones incase I used something different but all don't work. I tried to get on with the link without a password but even after it was just sent to me it says the link is invalid. I tried resetting my password as well but it says the email I use is not attached to an active account. I love spotify and I don't want to create another account, I'm afraid I have been hacked since I haven't been on spotify in a week. I hope I can get some help and hopefully regain my account back.
