Cant logg in because of offline mode

Hey, I cant logg in to my student premium account on my android phone. When I want to logg in, it wants me to switch from offline to online mode, but since i cant logg in I cant switch the modes. Can someone help me please? Thanks in advance,

Is this happening on 3G/4G, or WiFi?

Also, are any other apps giving you an 'offline' error message, or is this only happening with Spotify?

In the meantime, does restarting your device help? And, (if possible) restarting your router?

Hey, thanks for your quick response.

Unfortunately this happens on both, mobile data(3g/4g, lte) and WiFi too. Spotify Is the only app, where this offline error happens and it doesnt help to restart the phone. I also checked my account, Its active and the payment for this month was made succesfully.

OK, thanks for the info. The best thing to do now is to go to your Account Overview here, go to Offline Devices, and click 'Remove All Devices'.

Then, a clean reinstall on the phone is necessary.

Once you've done all this, try logging in again with the correct username and password combination.
