Cant login after disconnecting FB

Hi guys,

 

my account was created with a FB account. 

This morning I had the crazy idea to disconnect my FB account, cause I wanted to use a username/pwd.

 

So I opened my Mac Spotify Software, went into settings and social media and diconnected the account. 

 

Since then I cant login anymore with my FB, I cant get a passowrd for my username or anything else. 

I only get a 404 and that´s it. 

 

I tried all devices (iOS, two Macs).

 

I have a Premium account and would love to use it again 🙂

Any suggestions?

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. If you are unable to login, then use the alternative form.

 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

alright. will do so. Contacted them already this morning, but no feedback. 

I replied on the non-reply adress now ....

 

Thanks for the quick response.

It usually takes 24-48 hours for the team to respond to support questions (depending on the volume of requests they're going through), so you should hear something in the next couple days at least.

Spotify customer care found out, that I have two accounts under same mail adress and that one was broken.
