Cant login in my GF account

Hi there, im having a problem logging into my girlfriends spotify. We share one account because it has premium on her iphone plan, however recently when i try logging into her account on my windows 10, it seems to be saying incorrect username or password. I've been trying to log in a couple of days now and I am putting the correct username and password. It would login the account but the menu would have a loading symbol and it would instantly log me out saying "The username or password is incorrect. (Error code: 3)". If an admin could help me that would be great.

I would also like to add this just happened recently, like we've been sharing the account for a couple of months now but this just happened.
