Cant login to my account

Hi guys, so today i tried to listen to music and a message poped saying that my account configuration was set to offline and i need to connect or go online. However when i try to the screen gets black and stays that way. Basically i csntc login nor modify the accounts settings.

Hi carferrom Is this only on your Desktop App, Mobile, or both?

Hi Hotbeats. It is a problem with an androdi phone. I dont have a computer with me to check if the problem is in all devices though.

Hey, if you don't have a laptop to access the desktop app or site, you should try logging in on the web from your phone and change the settings from there.

Agreed. First try login in and log out and using a desktop as well. Also
try uninstalling the app all together and doing a refresh. Let me know if
this is a solution that works thanks!

I tried using desktop but its the same. I was hoping the uninstalling feature would be my last option since im not in my hometown with no access to wifi. Uninstalling it would mean i would have to download all my music libraries.
