Cant login with facebook on desktop and phone

ive had this problem for a while now, everything was ok until (i think) like a month ago.

i just couldnt log in to spotify anymore with my facebook account.  disconnected spotify from facebook change my password on facebook,log in with my facebook credentials NOTHING works  . also i cant even connect to spotify on my ps4 anymore same goes for the webplayer its keeps saying my credentials are wrong but i know it isnt.

this goes for desktop and android phone.

and everytime i want to login to spotify via chromebrowser i cant log in because i keep getting this error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.

i deleted my cookies it doesnt work and if i can login it doesnt let me go to my account settings page cuz of the same error.
