I am currently on holiday and I had to make another account due to being abroad 14 days. However this thing appeared today and it doesn't let me make a new account, can anyone help me?

There's no need to make a new account after being abroad for 14 days. 🙂 All you need to do is to update your account's country setting so you can continue using Spotify.
