Cant login

Cant login

It says sth is wrong. I trued other ways and it said to update my country. I tried to do that in the web version but in order to do it I had to login. And I couldn’t it says there’s no account linked to my email!

We'd recommend that you first check out this FAQ. In case you still can't access the account and you think that it might be disabled for some reason, we'd suggest that you can check this page out to see what to do next.

 

On another note, it's possible that you're getting this error message because you've been abroad for more than 14 days. If you're having free account and want to use it more than 14 days while abroad, you'd need to change your country settings. You can take a look at this page for more info and steps on how to update those settings.

 

If the above is not the case, it's best that you get in touch with our Customer Support team via one of the channels here about this. We can't make any account related actions here in the Community, however, our teams should be able to check what's going on and help you further.
