Cant obtain student premium with new account

My Question or Issue

I was using my father's email for my spotify account while using the student premium but he decided to close his account. I opened my own account but I'm not able to use the student premium do you saying I already redeemed it. What can I do to get it for my new account ?

As your student account was created with a different email, i recommend you reach out to support and have them take a closer look.

You can reach out to them using this "About Us" page.

Bear in mind that due to the current Covid-19 situation, it might take them a bit more time to respond.
