Cant purchase premium

I called my bank account to see why my debit card wont go through and they said everything is just fine and there shouldnt be any problems.. Ive tried many times to buy premium and Spotify says my payment provider is having a bad day??

It may be that Spofify does not accpet the card you are trying to use?

Or you could try again and see if it works this time.
