Cant re enter with facebook

• Hello. My friend has spotify account. Paid for premium and now want to cancel subscribtion but when he log in with Facebook it shows.... A account is not linked to a Facebook account.... But he registered with Facebook. Now in spotify account presed log out and cant go inside.
