Cant recover old account to close it

So i want to link my Facebook to my current account but apparently its already linked to an old account i forgot about. I want to close that old account but its linked to an email i haven't used in years and i cant remember the password to change the email. Is there any way i can close that account or atleast unlink my Facebook account

I would like you to try and locate all account listed with your details using this help page.

Then, reach out to support through this "About Us" page and have them take a closer look at your account and try helping you regain access to it.

However, bear in mind that Spotify can only help with credentials related to your account and not your private mails and other details.
