Cant remember Username

Hi everyone, wondering if you can help. I have been using Spotify for a while now and paying for Premium. I have in the last few days upgraded my phone contract and switched my phone. Now what I thought was my log in info is actually of a a older account which isnt premium. I have tried everything I can but cant remember my details for the account I already have that I am paying for. Help! My contract provider is adding £9.99 onto my phone bill and they said they dont have this information and I will need to speak to Spotify.
