Cant remember password and the mail is closed!

Hey!

I cannot remember my password to my spotify and my internet carrier has closed my e-mail because we changed internet company! I have alot of playlists so i dont want to restart with a new sportify! what can i do??

Hello, @Sharkofsweden! Why didn't you update your e-mail address on Spotify when you had access to that e-mail? No promises here but you will need to get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and they might be able to help you recover that account. If you get an automated reply directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly.
