I want to cancel the direct debit and make a new accisn't.  How can I do this??

How do I cancel if I no longer use the email associated with my account and do not remember my login information?

If you have previously connected Facebook with your Spotify account, you can try logging in using Facebook credentials. 

If you still can't log in, please contact Spotify directly through this contact form; 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.
