Cant reset my password

Hello,

I've the same problem from this topic, but couldn't solve it.

Another strage thing that happens is that the ''reset email'' arrives only when I try the reset from the spotify homepage, by clickin on log in in the upper right corner. 

If i try to reset the password from the spotify mac osx app it looks like the account doesn't exisist, but creating a new one with the same email o username is not possible because it exist yet.

I suggest you submit a contact form here, and someone at Spotify should be able to reset it for you 🙂
