Hello, when I go under search to search for an artist or a song that are on spotify I get a message that says ' no offline results found go online to search million of songs' but when I go on my settings it shows that iam online. This is a new issue as I was able to search for artists and songs before. Also under the song I cant click on view artist to go to that artists page and see the rest of the songs under that artist. Please advise
Thank you

Hey, thanks for reaching out.
I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the app. Just follow the steps here.
If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
I'll see what I can suggest!

I´ve activated that option, restarted the Spotify app and It worked!
I hope that It can work for you too
