Cant see my premium account

For some reason my Spotify account logged out and when I try to login again my premium account wasn’t there ! I have tried with the 3 only options I could ever do it ... my email ,

user name shaennymedeiros

and Facebook , none os this 3 had the perimiam acount ! They already charged my for this month on 08/06 . My friend can see my profile when she searches for me as Shaenny Medeiros, but I can’t see my premium when I login.

It sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out the FAQ page ”Can I create multiple accounts?” here for more info.
