Cant sign in using app

Hi iv gone back to spotify free but now cant login using app it said i dont hav an account yet i can still login to my account in brouser and if i try make a new account it said my emails alrdy used. Iv tryed re installing app with no change any help would be appreciated

In this case, can you try following the steps here for us? If this doesn't help, try checking the last receipt we send to your email inbox when you had a Premium subscription. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
