Cant sign in

I received a message that my account was on pause because my credit card expired; I changed the credit card information and now when I want to sign in, I get the message that the account already exists! I can't log in. I've changed the password a few times but it doesn't solve the problem. Help!!!

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried to use your username instead of your email address in the login process?
