Cant sign out of an unknown device

Spotify says im playing music on an echo dot i dont recognize. They're using my account and when i try to sign out of all devices it doesnt sign out of the echo. Ive changed the password too after signing out of all devices so its not that they are signing back in but its just not signing out of spotify in the first place, because it doesnt sign out of the echo dot that I own either. Is there anyway to unlink the account?

 i solved it by going into the settings on the spotify website and revoking access
