Cant sign up with phone number

Hi everyone, im new to spotify and besies mail/apple id/facebook.. i saw that there is option to sign up with phone number.

But it always showed errors no matter when i tried on phone or laptop. Anyone knows the problem? My location is in Vietnam, thank you
