Hi!
I have a new credit card and I´m trying to change the information on my Spotify-page. But I cant!
When I try to press "change payment method or credit card details" nothing happens. I never come to another page!
Can someone help me?

Also, is the link grayed out? Or is the page giving you an error message of some kind?
I've got a similar problem (I think). I've been living in Norway for a year and recently moved back to Sweden. I removed my Norwegian CC and tried to add my Swedish, which the system won't let me do. The country option under "Edit my profile" is still grey and I'm unable to change it, which is **bleep**ing irritating since I've been using a Swedish IP adress for several days. What to do?
Yes. I've tried in Chrome, Firefox and IE. All the same. Also after cleaning cache.
When I click the link ( https://www.spotify.com/nl/account/subscription/change-payment/?secondary=true ) it is not grayed out, the browser will directly jump back to https://www.spotify.com/nl/account/subscription/
So the behaviour is that nothing happens and I stay on the account subscription page.

I have the same problem and it's been like this for about three month.
When I google it seems like a lot of people have this problem IF your old credit card has expired before you change to a new one. It's possible to change if your current credit card is still working.
When I click Change payment method or card details the page just reloads https://www.spotify.com/se/account/subscription/
I have already sent four emails without response, would be great if someone answered.

I just had the same problem... Credit card expired and would not let me change. It did howeever try and say I was in Andorra! So I routed around a little more and clicked this link to change the country back to the UK:
https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/subscription/change-payment/#change-country
Go in here, change your country to the correct one and you should then get the fields required to change your credit card details. I think the IP recognition which knows you are in a particular location dumps you back to square one. If this is the case and it's a known thing at Spotify, they need to pull their fingers out!

Having the same problem, even tested it on Safari and nothing happens...
I've been trying to change my payment to my new activated card (my old one expired) and it keeps saying it couldnt be changed and to try again. Also I have tryed at least 5 times. I even called my bank and made sure the card was activated and they checked and even reset it so there shouldnt be any problems.

I cannot change my payment method. I have tried several different browsers and deleted all cache files. Apparently this is an ongoing problem. I hope someone can help me fix this before next month. Browser never loads and stays on the same page after clicking update payment method.
