Cant update email Address through facebook

My email on my spotify account is no longer current.  When I go to update it it tells me to do ti via facebook.  The email on my facebook account is correct.  But it remains wrong on Spotify. ALSO I have the fee for premium coming out of my acount as usual but for some reason I no longer have Premium on my account.  It is just the free spotify.

We can start with the subscription issue.

I had the same email issue not long ago.

The issue is that Spotify didn't receive the email update, which means they'll have to do it manually.

You can contact the Support team, and they'll help you out with that.

Please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets they are currently handling.
