Cant update my subscription

Hi, im trying to update my account to premium, (have had it for like 2years) and now it doesnt work? apparently.

 

This text shows up when i try to manually buy premium via paypal.

"Payment failed. Please make sure that you have sufficient funds and that your credit card has not expired, if you're using one. To see your current payment details please go to your subscriptions page. If you still get this message after updating your payment details please log out, log in and then try again."

 

 

And i have tried to delete payment method a couple of times and adding it again.

According to help/faq it says this:

 

"If you have fulfilled the above criteria, and your payment has still failed, your card issuer (bank or credit card company) should be able to provide more information."

 

I don't really agree on this, i buy things in stores both irl and on internet, and my paypal works perfectly with the same card so i dont get how it should NOT be a problem @spotify...

For specific payments questions like this one the contact form is the best route. Users can find this at the bottom of the page under 'About Us' and 'Contact'.
