Cant upgrade to premium again

Cant upgrade to premium again

HI GUYS

 

FOR SOME REASON MY CREDIT CARD THAT SPOTIFY ALWAYS PURCHASING ITS MONTHLY FEE IS CANCELLED. AND MY BANK SENT ME A NEW CARD. AFTER THAT I FORGOT TO UPDATE MY NEW CARDS INFORMATION ON SPOTIFY. SO, SPOTIFY DOWNGRADED MY ACCOUNT TO FREE ACCOUNT AGAIN. 

NOW WHEN IM TRYING TO UPGRADE MY ACCOUNT AGAIN TO PREMIUM, I GO TO THE PAYMENT SECTION AND THEN IM WRITING MY CARDS INFORMATION CORRECTLY BUT SPOTIFY DONT ACCEPT THE PAYMENT. SO I TRIED ANOTHER CARDS JUST TO BE SURE AND IM GETTING THE SAME WARNING AGAIN, YOUR PAYMENT METHOD IS DECLINED THAT KINDA STUFF. 

SO I CANT UPGRADE MY ACCOUNT TO PREMIUM AGAIN. MAYBE SOMEONE HELPS ME. PLS I NEED MUSIC BRUHHHH.

P.S. I SCREENSHOTTED THE DECLINED SCREEN. MAYBE IT HELPS. ITS TURKISH BUT IT SAYS PAYMENT DECLINED TRY AGAIN OR TRY ANOTHER CARD

If you're still having problems to subscribe, make sure that your payment method meets these requirements. Also, try signing up for Premium again using an incognito window to see if it makes a difference.
