Cant upgrade to premium?

I tried the 7 day free trial, and loved it, so i decided i am going to pay for it, but now there is a special for 3/mo $.99, but when I enter my card number, and accept, it tells me that I have already accepted a special offer. And I can't find a single place to pay for it, that isnt the promo 3 month offer...

Unfortunately this promotion is for new users only - anyone who has ever subscribed to Premium isn’t eligible, and nor is anyone who has ever taken the free trial period.
