My Question or Issue

I cany access my old spotify account at all. I want to cancel my premium subscription but cannot log into anything related to the account with my bank info. How do I contact spotify to get them to stop charging my account. I do not have access to the old email address associated with the spotify account, I cant access anything on spotify associated with the account and I cannot find any way to contact a customer service rep. At this point I'm just going to tell my bank to block the charge. Any suggestions would be amazing. Please help.
