Card charged twice but cannot find the username

Card charged twice but cannot find the username

I get charged twice on my card, a full membership and a half one (student). I can only access the student account but cannot access the other. I have tried all my emails, all the potential usernames but nothing.

 

How can i cancel the one of the two? From my bank i cannot cancel the subscription. Or how could i cancel ALL the current payments from the card and start over again?
