Card information not being accepted, renewal

Hello

 

I've been trying to renew my Spotify student subscription for the past two weeks. I've had to update my credit card details due to new card, but the new card information is not being accepted. I've called my bank to make sure the error is not on their end, and they confirmed everything is good. It works on other sites and there is money on my account. When I enter the details it just says "Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day". I do not have a different card I can use.

You should contact customer support through this link:

 

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/

 

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
