Card is OK, Spotify thinks otherwise?

My payment details are fine, spotify still says unable to renew my family subscription.

Can you please try again? I shouldn`t have to ask this to a comunity.

Thanks and please let me know if you see more problems with the card. It has been working good so far with Spotify and it was just used for another service pay.

Can I ask what's happening when you're trying to enter your payment card info? Are you receiving an error message?
