Card was cancelled due to fraudulent activity, can't add new card

Hi

 

My card was cancelled due to fraudulent activity, can't add my new card without now paying a higher subscribtion charge than the contract I was on. I just want to contiune on the plan I was on and add the new card.

Hi, I'm not completely clear if this is what you're referring to, but it sounds like when you try to add your new card it's trying to subscribe you to Premium rather than Unlimited. Is that what you mean?

 

Unfortunately, there have been some reports lately of the page for subscribing to the Unlimited tier disappearing. I would recommend contacting Spotify directly regarding your account using this Support Form and see if they can help you get your subscription back to the way it was. If you get an email, even if from a no-reply address, please respond to that, and you should hear back within 24 hours.
