Cargo doble

Hoy intente pagar con la oferta de estudiante, pero no me dejo y me hizo doble cargo y aun asi no me actualizo a premium. ¿Que puedo hacer en este caso?

Hola! Perdon si mi espanol no es perfecto, estoy aprendiendo. Los dos deben ser "pre-autorisado" (pending) y el dinero debe ir en su banco en tres a cindo dias aproxitamente. Voy a traducir mi respuesta en ingles tambien si puede compreder este idioma.

Hey! These charges should be pending on your account if you're not seeing Premium features yet. The funds will return to you shortly. I'd recommend trying to re-apply for the student discount again or signing up for manual verification in the link that says something like "Not working? Try manual verification". I don't work for them but I've heard this is a good way to go about it. Let me know how it goes! And apologies for my poor spanish. I'm still learning 🙂
