Carte cadeau validée mais compte pas chargé

Après avoir validé avec succès une carte cadeau de 30€ achetée en magasin, mon compte n'est toujours pas crédité plusieurs heures après. Hélas après validation confirmée j'ai jeté la carte. Que puis je faire?
