Certain songs won't play on my phone

Certain songs won't play on my phone

I have spotify premium and I have recently been having a problem where certain songs won't play on my Iphone 5s. It is really bugging me. I tried reinstalling everything and I even created more room on my phone and it still isn't working. I would list the songs but there are so many. It's close to 50 songs that won't play and I'm so sick of it. Nothing I find on these forums helps at all. I'm giving this one last shot before I switch to Grooveshark or something similar because I'm sick of paying 10.00 a month for my songs to not work.

Do you get an error message or do they just fail to play? Is there anything special about those tracks (like are they Local Files on your computer)?

No they aren't local files and I don't get an error message. There is nothing special about the tracks...it is completely random

The Spotify Coummunity thing sucks. I haven't gotten any help or suggestions. I have tried every single thing I have read on the community and nothing has helped. So goodbye Spotify

Spotify community is primarily only for user-user help and not an official support channel.

You can get in touch with the Spotify support team directly using the online contact form or if you prefer support via Twitter, please tweet @SpotifyCares.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
