Change Bank Account Direct Debit - got charged full month

Hi there,

 

I wanted to update my bank account, to change my direct debit. It had the text that it'd charge the 0.01 and it actually charged a full month which wasn't returned. My bad too, for thinking the 9.99 would surely be an error, so I shouldn't have approved it.

 

Please can you help cancel that payment and perhaps double subscription for next month? I want to keep my current account.

You should contact customer support through this link:

 

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/

 

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
