Hi everyone! I just moved from Canada to Portugal, and I have a Portugal MasterCard and I am having issues to change my payment method to Portugal.

Hmm, is your account created with Facebook? In that case, you may need to switch the country from there.

Keep in mind that if your account was created through facebook it may cause issues. Can you try to update your payment method in a different browser or by opening an incognito window in your current one?

Hi!
I have the same problem. My account is Danish, but I live in UK now and I wanted to take advantage of the UniDays discount. However, I wasn't eligible for it because my account was connected to my Danish credit card. I followed the support page for how to switch card settings to a card from another country, and my Bank of Scotland card is now connected to Spotify, but in my profile under account settings, my country is still set to Denmark, and I can't change it. There is a drop-down box, but I cannot click on it. How do I effectively change my country to UK and not Denmark? My Facebook is also connected, but the settings on my Facebook does say that I live in UK.

I was contacted directly by Spotify, was a big surprise! And they changed manually and it worked fine 😉
