Change Country in Account setting

Hi,

I have relocated from US to HongKong-Singapore last year and I am looking to get a family subscription for my other family members, however when I am at the Account setting [Edit Profile], the Country drop-down is greyed out.

May I ask how I am able to change the country setting? I found a topic dated in 2017 and followed the instruction on cancelling the subscription to change country, but it is still greyed out after I have canceled it.

(my subscription is until end of April)

Hey @juvenchan,

You need to wait until your account has reverted to the Free plan. Until then, you won't be able to change the country setting via dropdown.

I missed it by a day before it auto subscribed for a new month.

Is there a day to expedite the process instead of waiting for it to become a free subscription?
