Change Country

So I was studying abroad for 4 months and in order to listen to spotify abroad I had to change my country to Spain but now that I am back in the U.S. I have been locked out of my account and Spotify won't let me change my country back to U.S. I don't mind paying for premium but when I try to pay it tries to charge me in euros because of my location setting. Is there anything I can do to change my location back to U.S.? I've gone to edit profile and the option is not there.
