Dear Community,

I am desperately searching for a solution to my problem. My family and I moved a few months ago from Switzerland to Denmark. We live all in the same house. My brother already had a premium account and his laptop is also from Switzerland. I bought my laptop here. (In case it would make a difference 🙂 Now we´re trying to subscribe to Spotify Family, with my brother as the "head of the family", but it says I don´t live on the same adress as my brother does. We don´t use any VPN changer or however you call them. On my brother´s account overview it says he lives in Switzerland and on my account overview it says I live in Denmark. How can I change this?

 

I really hope we´ll find a solution and thank you so much for taking time for me in advance 😄
