My Question or Issue

I can't change the country in my profile (to AT). The error says that my mail-address is already in use but I don't try to change it. I tried different Browsers and emptying the cache, but to no avail. Already had the problem when going abroad (got fixed by spotify support) and now as I return again 😞 
Please advise / fix

Hey @user-removed, welcome to the Community!

 

It sounds like you might have an extra account. Try following the steps listed here to see if you can log into an extra account. 

 

If you're able to find another account, close it by following the steps in this article.

I use my mail-address to login. If I have an additional account it would have to be with the same e-mail-address ... (I checked facebook but it didn't show up)

I did the reset but it didn't help - it only finds my actual account in which I'm still unable to change the country ...
