Change Country

Hello guys,

the following is my issue. I got a premium accout with my phone plan in Canada. I was there just for working holiday and know I´m back in Germany. I just tried to change the country but it did not work. The tutorial tells me that I have to go to payment and change something there. But due to the fact that I got the accout for free from FIDO I can not change anything there. Do you guys have any idea how I could fix this?
