My Question or Issue
I created my account many years ago with Facebook Login and an email address from a previous employer. I no longer have access to that email address and would like to update it. However, when I try to change the email address, I'm asked to input a password. I don't have a password tied to the account, because I have always used Facebook Login. When I try to "reset" the password, the password gets sent to the email address that I cannot access. I was recently able to add a mobile number to the account, but there doesn't seem to be an option to send the password reset via text. Likewise, when I have filed support tickets in the past, I've been unable to get a response (I'm assuming because they were sent to the email address I cannot access).
I just want to be able to receive emails about my account. What's my best path forward?
